I purposly left only the Slim in 6 series. Its quick & efficient.
If the ice kept you at home. Remember to eat good this week.
Carb count @ 45. This should be enough energy & give you burning power.

We had a good week. Monday's yoga pushed me alittle, I was sore, but it felt good. Tuesday with Steph - always a good workout - Thank you Steph. Wednesday was just ok. Thursday weights, I felt the burn. Today was slim in 6, I really liked it and I really felt the burn. I can tell that I am getting stronger.
