for a month & see where you are after 5 wks.
THE CHALLENGE…
RUN 30 miles over the 5 weekends in addition to your
Weekly workouts. The miles need to be logged & turned in
To the folder @ the gym. You may do them on the tread,
Outside, in the dome, on the eliptical, whereever...just log them.
